Your SIM is not yet activated. No need to call O2 to activate the SIM Card. We will activate it for you. Activation may take up to 24 hours.

1. Go to Activation page and submit an activation form. (refer to instructions letter enclosed in the package)
2. Once activation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation.
3. Insert your O2 SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone or Hotspot/WIFI device as soon as you arrive in Europe (listed countries only).

Do not insert SIM while you are in the US. Please make sure to insert the SIM when you arrive in the Europe.

BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
It is automatic Access Point Name (APN) for Data settings configuration. If in case you’re having data connection issues, please make sure to switch on the Data Roaming and check and update the APN. Make sure you have the following settings:
• APN: payandgo.o2.co.uk
• Username: payandgo or vertigo
• Password: password

Once activated, credit balance shows zero as the credit was converted to the 30-day Plan. You will have Plan Balance of Data, Texts and Minutes. You can manage your account by registering your number at MyO2, if preferred, you can download the MyO2 app. Contact customer service by dialing 4445 from your (O2) phone.

DIALING PATTERN:
Your SIM is assigned a UK number, to receive a call, people must dial +44 (UK country code) and your phone number. To make calls within the listed countries, dial country code and the phone number. (reminder: no calling/texting to the USA)
